1. Scope of Services
CleanRise agrees to provide commercial cleaning services as outlined in the signed Service Proposal, Formal Quotation, or Scope of Works agreement. Any additional tasks requested outside the agreed Scope of Works will be billed as additional works at standard commercial hourly rates upon client authorization.

To enable efficient service delivery, the Client agrees to:

- Ensure working utilities (electricity, hot and cold running water, and adequate lighting) are available on-site at no cost to CleanRise.
- Notify CleanRise immediately of any changes to alarm codes, security procedures, or site hazards.
CleanRise maintains strict security protocols: all keys and access devices are coded, stored securely, and assigned exclusively to police-checked cleaning technicians.

CleanRise is committed to 100% client satisfaction. If any aspect of the agreed scope of work does not meet our high standards, the Client must notify CleanRise within 24 hours of completion. CleanRise will dispatch a quality assurance supervisor to inspect and rectify the reported area at no additional cost within 24 hours.
